I'm looking for a decent hookah lounge/bar in the city of Toronto... preferably somewhat close to the intersection of University/Dundas. I'm hoping to find a place that focuses mainly on the hookah aspect rather than a restaurant that happens to allow customers to smoke. Thanks

probably montreal. toronto has great malls and clubs and things but i think that montreal is a much nicer looking city. im not sure about nicer people. both will have nice people and bitter people. i agree with the first answer, Jen C gave.

I don't think there are any, as the anti-smoking by-laws would preclude them. Cigar bars don't even have cigar smoking anymore.
